timing is everything: the magnificent miles family

Timing is everything.

I booked this shoot with my Morehouse classmate J Miles a year ago. Life got in the way over and over again. Then this year, his wife @themileslife reached out to get the shoot done before Christmas and we worked to find a date that was amenable for our respective schedules.

We agreed on a date, time and location and naturally it rained that day. So, we regrouped and found a new location (which was AMAZING and owned by a Morehouse Man), and we met and took these magical photos and more.

The term “picture perfect” must’ve been coined with the Miles Family in mind. This whole shoot was collaborative, creative and fun and the location’s decor and ambiance took the whole shoot over the top.

I can’t wait until we do it again.
